June 21st BoD meeting

a fence along the East

To improve lighting, the HOA should supply 75w bulbs for all

An architectural review board was proposed

To improve the common landscaping, landscaping services used
by other communities should be contacted

To improve HO landscaping, the HOA should contract services
for all 173 HO

in the next 48 hours

Several meetings were held with Tropics North toward improved
service. Another meeting will be held by the end of the

Two auto burglaries; one grand theft auto Old Business
̃
For security along the east easement: 4/4 agreed on putting
the proposed hedge on hold; quotes are needed for two gates
(north & south); the survey needs to be completed

For security at the front gate: Incidence reports are being
reviewed; 4/4 approved continuing to enforce the gate rules
̃
For landscaping violations: copies of the C.S. code, the Rules
& Reg, and HHE Articles 12&14
should be sent to HO’s

For HHE landscaping of common areas: 5/5 approved getting bids
and interviewing new services
̃
For the Grievance Committee, the head of the committee is required
to attend the meetings

To reduce speeding, fifty ‘SLOW DOWN’ T-shirts were purchased
and will be distributed New Business:

Landscape standards: Detailed pictures of HO landscaping around
the community were reviewed; a summary of the C.S. code,
the HHE R&Regs, and the HHE articles regarding landscaping were
reviewed

The Annual HOA meeting will be held September 20th

The ’06 budget process is starting in September A BoD
Legal Meeting was held after the general meeting

Taking three changes of the HHE documents to HO proxy was approved
4/5: Pre-litigation agreement, fines applied before assessments,
½ instead of 2/3 HO vote requirement The meeting was adjourned.
