August 31st BoD meeting were reviewed and approved

A smash and grab of a wallet in a vehicle was reported on Rothschild Old Business

The guardhouse painting has been completed

For the lake level, drains were cleaned before the hurricane.
Cleaning should be scheduled for every 2 to 3 years

Fallen trees and debris were removed after hurricanes Frances
and Jeanne.

The irrigation system is being repaired from the hurricane
damage

For overnight parking, 5/5 approved vehicle towing for further
violations after the grievance committee process

For the lakes east of Rothschild, no trespassing signs will
be posted with proper wording and spacing. Both entrances should
be closed off.

4/1 approved the elimination of passwords for gate entry. Passwords
will only be used for verification of HO calls to the guardhouse.
Passcode entry needs to be removed from the Post Orders. A letter
will notify HOs of this change

For improved security, every non-transponder lane entry must
be ID'd and logged into the computer

An update to the Rules & Regs will include: transponder
gate denial for delinquencies; additional guards required for
large parties; towing for overnight parking

Pavers around the guardhouse and the DVR archive projects will
be tabled til '05

For the front monument, the 10 degree tilt needs to be corrected
and the hedge around it either lowered or eliminated New Business:
