Coral Springs, Florida Present: Tom Base - President Michael Thorz - VP/ Treasurer Tom Toth – Secretary Bill Shugerman, Tina Henann – Benchmark Property Mgmt. At 6:05, the HOA meeting was called to order by Bill Shugerman, Chairman A quorum was present at 79 total comprised of 61 proxies and 18 in person. The required number for a quorum was 52 of 173 HO's Dispensing of the reading of the minutes from last year's meeting was agreed by unanimous vote Tom Base gave his Annual President's Report Michael Thorz have his Treasurer's Report Bill Shugermann opened the process to nominate five board of director members for one year Þ Bob Filoramo nominated Þ Tom Base was nominated Þ Tom Toth was nominated Þ Michael Thorz was nominated Þ Ira Geier was nominated Þ Richard Dennis was nominated Nominations were closed by unanimous vote Votes and Proxies were counted two HO's. The count is available for review by HO's. The new BoD members are: Þ Tom Base Þ Bob Filoramo Þ Tom Toth Þ Ira Geier Þ Michael Thorz The meeting was opened to discussions from the floor. Discussions included: Þ HO's addressing items on the meeting agenda Þ Monthly account of the budget Þ Activities in the community Þ Mailbox policy compliance Þ Changing the monthly meeting time to 6:30 Þ Recent police activity Þ Police patrol of HHE Floor discussion was closed by unanimous vote The official annual HOA meeting was adjourned at 8:14. The new Directors met to elect Officers. Secret ballotting was waved 5/5. The new officers are: Þ Tom Base - President Þ Michael Thorz - VP/ Treasurer Þ Tom Toth - Secretary
